Sparkle - Pinkfresh Just a little Lovely - Altenew

Hello there.  I adore the colours in the Pinkfresh Studio's Just a Little Lovely collection.  I wanted to make a watercolour background and use my Altenew stamps to make my embellishments for this page.  I was inspired by the Dusty Attic mood board for November,  but I was to late to submit an entry.  I used a beautiful photo of my daughter for this page.

Patterned paper:  Pinkfresh Studio (Just a little Lovely); Cardstock:  Watercolour Paper, American Crafts; Chipboard Title: Penelope Dee; Chipboard:  Dusty Attic (doily, wildflower); Flowers:  Petaloo; Enamel dots: Nuvo Crystal Drops (Bright gold); Embroidery Floss: DMC Metallic white gold; Ink:  Lindy's Gang Magical shakers (Alpine Ice Rose, California Poppy Gold); Paints: Kuretake; Embossing Powder:  Lindy's Gang (Pure White; Tsukineko (Gold, Sparkle); Stamps:  Altenew (Bamboo Rose)

The beautiful Dusty Attic November moodboard.
Some close ups:
I stitched three circles on the background with white gold metallic tread.

I stamped the Altenew florals with Versamark clear stamp and heat embossed it in gold.

I misted water onto the watercolour paper and then sprinkled Lindy's Magical Alpine Ice Rose onto it and moved it around with my paint brush.

I made drips with the Lindy's Magicals Alpine Ice Rose and California Poppy Gold.

I coloured the flowers with the magical powder and I used my Kuretake water colours to colour the leaves.

I heat embossed the Dusty Attic Doily and Wildflower chipboard with Pure White embossing powder.

How pretty is all that shine.

I love that the heat embossing helps to keep the paint in the lines.  I fussy cut all the watercoloured flowers and leaves and then layered them on opposite sides of the photo.

Just love the shiny bits and the soft colour palette.
