Favorite Memories - Sketchabilities #153 - Elle's Studio

Hallo there to all my crafty friends.  It is the time of the month to reveal the September Sketchabilities sketch and the design team's inspiration.  I love the inspiration sketches gives and it takes all the heavy lifting out of a design.  I used a few older photos of two of my grandsons.

Supply list:  Patterned paper:  Elle's Studio (Noteworthy); Cardstock:  American Craft; Letter stickers: Elle's Studio; Chipboard:  Dusty Attic, Celebr8; Puffy stickers:  Elle's Studio; Wood veneer: Elle's Studio; Epoxy Stickers:  Elle's Studio; Brads: Making Memories;  Ink:  Distress Ink (Tea Dye); Mixed media:  Finnabair Rust pastes; Stencil:  Celebr8; Circle nesting dies:  Quikutz, Sizzix':  Leaf die: Kaisercraft.

The lovely sketch by Karan:

Some close ups:
I cut my patterned papers and stuck it down on card stock.  I then prepared my chipboard embellishment by adding Finnabair Rust pastes to it.

I then stenciled distress ink onto the background.

I find these "lollipop" flowers perfect to use on boy pages. I added epoxy stickers to it's centers.

The "favorite" and "moments" puffy stickers is part of the Noteworthy collection.

Some more rusted stars and a pretty vine die cut was added to complete the page.

Thank you for visiting my blog today.  Please consider playing along with us this month at Sketchabilities.
