Bloom & Grow - May Hip Kit

Hi there,  I used some older photos to scrap today.  Looking at these photos of Leane and Dewan taken more than 4 years ago makes me realise just how fleeting time is, and that for their sake I need to start recording our journey again.  I know that taking photos is a way of stopping time for a few moments.   Here is my page:

Supply list:  Patterned papers:  May Hip Kit exclusives, Jillibean Soup; Cardstock: American Craft; Chipboard: Illustrated Faith, Simple Stories; Wood Veneer: Jillibean Soup, Simple Stories; Flair: Hip Kit Exclusive; Enamel hearts: Illustrated Faith; Enamel dots; Simple Stories; Die cuts: Hip Kit exclusives; Bow paper clip: Illustrated faith; Puffy stickers: Hip Kit Exclusives; Title: Hip Kit digital cut; Other mediums: Finnabair Gel Medium, Finnabair glass glitter; Stencil: Prima; Other Silhouette Cameo.

The title was designed by Ashleigh Horton, I backed the flowers and leaves with patterned papers and coloured the Bloom with a marker.

I love the effect of the glass glitter and gel medium through the stencil.

Hip Kits makes clustering a breeze with the loads of embellishments included in the kits.

 Lots of layering.

...and just a touch of mixed media peeking out.

Thank you for visiting my blog ♥♥
