July give away and June winner

I have been a bad blogger lately.  Life is busy and our work at the Mission will always be a priority in my life.  I prefer it that way.  I remain focused on what is important and don't get caught up or obsessed with scrapbooking or blogging.  We have also started refurbishing our home.  We have been living in our current home for the since 1987 and our much loved home is sorely in need of a face lift.

Anyhow...it is time to open the July give away (South African entries only due to shipping costs) and announce the winner of the June give away...so without further ado...

The JULY give away:
This give away is made up of Websters pages (Ladies and Gents).  Some of the papers have been cut into...but there are quite a bit of embellishments and I will add some further odds and ends to it before I mail it to the winner.

To be considered for this you need to follow me on this blog, through Bloglovin. (you will find the link in the side bar) and leave a comment with your name and e-mail address.  If you share the give away on your blog or on Facebook you will have an additional entry in the draw.

Now onto the draw for the June winner.  The winner was picked by Random Org...and the lucky winner is no 19:  Jen Leeflang.  Congratulations Jen...please e-mail me your postal address to lynette.jacobs11@gmail.com.

xx

  1. Yes I have been feeling that I just can't keep up with the challenges and all that seems to be happening in the scrapping world, new releases and products and new trends, so I have just been scrapping when the time allows.. This week has been school holidays so I have had a bit of luxurious time scrapping but I know next week it all starts again.. My school run my ladies groups, and so it will just be those times I can find in the busy day. I hope your Reno for your house goes well and gives you all a freshness! And your giveaways will bless your blogger friends I am sure! Have a good rest of the week!

  2. Hi Lynette, regardless of the time saving devices and technology that is supposed to make our lives easier we never seem to have the hours free sometimes to just sit back and take it all in. Rushing from one job to another wishing our lives away until we can retire to a slower life! Like you I have put scrapping to one side! I have retired from all my DT's and only craft when I am with friends. I always seemed to be crafting for some one else's reasons and designs and decided that I was losing the reason I loved scrap in the first place.
Perhaps I need to take a leaf out of your book and give away papers that I no longer love, and purge my stash! I always feel that I need to use these items even though they are no longer 'me'!
Goodness look at me taking up all your comment space!
Have a wonderful weekend coming and perhaps we will see the results of your refurbishment, although the photo's of your garden that I've seen always look fabulous! xx

  3. Hey special lady ... What a gorgeous give-away!!! I am drooling.

Good luck with the reno ... We need to do some work again in our home. Although we renovated about 6 years ago that is the last time we painted and there are some things that are showing the wear and tear.

As you know I scrapbook to relieve the pressures of the corporate world so I have been scrapping nearly every night and loving every minute of it ~ I even put in an hour after I got home from sisters dinner (Yep O.C.D.!!!). This month my scrap group and I go away for a weekend of scrapping ... Yay!!!!

Wishing you a Fantastic Friday!!!! and a refreshing weekend.

  4. Don't apologise! Running a mission and running a home are two full time jobs. Being a blogger is somewhere way down the list!
What a lovely give-away. Congrats to Jen for winning it. (I wish I lived in SA).
All the best with the renovation of the house. How exciting!
Have a good week, and be blessed,
    Lisca
