Scrap Africa - Valentines Give Away

It is time for the mid month Scrap Africa challenge.  So to tell you about the challenge, it is "Chipboard with a Difference" and it means you need to use some chipboard on your layout, card or altered piece, but cannot be left raw and must be altered. This challenge is hosted by the lovely Ada Nicholls.

I discovered an old card kit that I bought from Scrappy Gourmet a few years ago....and made this little album:

You will see that there are chipboard pieces inside the little album that have been painted, glittered, distressed and even had some rub ons applied to it.  The outside of the album is 7Gypsies chipboard that has been painted around the edges and then wiped with gel medium and dipped in glitter.

I am giving away this little album to one of my readers/followers.  To be put into the draw you need to:
  1. Be a follower of this blog
  2. Be a follower of the Scrap Africa blog
  3. Leave a comment confirming this
  4. Tell me in the comment what you will use this little album for.
I will draw a winner by random org on 28 February 2014. Good luck

Please take part in the Scrap Africa challenge...we have a super prize this month sponsored by 7 Dots Studio.  7 Dots Studio has so very kindly given us a wonderful new collection as a giveaway prize. Check it out.

So you get the whole collection, as well as the 6x6 paper pad! Isn't that so fabulous?! Thanks so much to 7 Dots Studio and Tusia Lech.  Please link up your project by 28 February 2014.

xoxo

  1. Oh I would love to be the proud owner of one of your beautiful works of art! I would gather aaalllll pics of Travers and I taken over our almost-19 years together and use this album to showcase them. Then I would get an easel and decorate it to match so that I can display it proudly in my home! XOXO

  12. I can't believe you are giving this fabulous album away! If I won the album, I would enjoy putting pictures of my husband and I in it. We have been married for 21 years (that can't be right - I am NOT that old!). "Us" time has been extremely limited lately since life has thrown us some interesting twists. It would be fun to share a completed album with a bottle of wine. Perhaps...

Yes, I am a happy follower of your blog as well as Scrap Africa!

  13. If I had a shred of talent, and had actually completed the scrap book project I started when I fell pregnant, I would enter this.
