Noetzie

This quote is inspiration on Get Picky this month to do a layout about myself.  Gosh, that is never an easy task;-)  I decided to use photos that my DH took of me when we visited Noetzie in April.
The layout was inspired by a layout done by the talented Melinda Spinks.  I used American Craft Dear Lizzy City Park paprs and embellishments.  The flowers were some fussy cutting but I love how it turned out.  The title is a Prima Iron on.

Noetzie is a gorgeous beach with castles and now form part of the Pezula golf estate near Knysna.  It is not easy to reach the beach...I promise you....hundreds of stairs. It is a pretty walk tho.
The beach is pristine and very beautiful
And then there is the castles.
DH was in charge of the camera and I was the unwilling model;-)
I loved these stone benches.
...and another castle.
Then it was time to climb back up to the parking area.
Then I nearly collapsed when we got to the top.
Fortunately DH's camera happy day had the result that I could scrap a page for this challenge.

  1. Oh I love Noetzie. But shew that walk back up is enough to kill you! Sure that is half the reason they have managed to keep it in such excellent condition.

Lovely photos of you. YOu look gorgeous. Hubby's quite handy with the camera huh?

  2. Stunning photos and a gorgeous layout. I have a collegue who owns a little wood cabin down in Noetzie and he always tells me how beautiful it is. I hope to see it for myself. I have a list about two miles long of places I still want to see in SA.

Hope alls good on in your corner of the world.
