TA DA! My Scrap Room

The sunny spot in my scrap room where I can relax...or read...or just sit.
I love my day bed...so comfy.
The gorgeous bookshelf my darling husband built me out of scaffold planks.
 This was what I wanted....
...and this was what my brilliant husband came up with.  So much better!
When I saw Cat's selection of crosses...I fell in love and these are the ones I have collected.
The little canvas with the crosses were a gift from Cat when we met for coffee in April this year. These shelves also contain my collection of punches...a girl can never have too many;-D
These trays hold my printed paper and cardstock
Printed papers and cardstock on 13 x 13 inch perspex trays.
These perspex trays are 13 inches wide and 26 inches deep and hold all the alpha's, rub ons, chipboard and flowers.
These perspex trays are also 13 x 13 inch but much deeper and hold all my kits, stamps, mini album blanks and bulky items.
All my ribbon in one place...in an EZ Puller.
These handy containers were on R20 at the Plastics Warehouse. I have eight of them and all my small items are sorted neatly in them.  This one holds some of my buttons.
This one holds brads and photo turns.
Various metal embellishments.
This painting was painted as a gift from my friend Reynette and was done specially for my room.

Thanks for looking.
xx

I think your Hubby could give up his day job.
I love everything, but would def order the shelving unit with the punches, if he should ever be inclined to mass produce them.

  20. Blow me away Lynette - pick me off the floor!!!! My tongue needs to be lifted up & put back in...one hundred percent drooling here...absolutely magnificent. MAGNIFICENT!!! Kobus could start a business manufacturing scrappy storage. He did a sterling job - STERLING!!! It's all absolutely ingenious & I love it! I'm already regretting my drawers & wishing I'd done it exposed but kinda hidden & now I see your perspex - that's definitely the answer. Please let me know who/where to get the perspex cut/made as I have a teeny bit of wall space left that I have been wanting to do something with & I should be able to come up with a bit of extra storage. Thanks! Also LOVE that blue- please let me know the colour name/manufacturer of the paint if poss. You must be so proud & content in your gorgeous space!

This is just amazing! I love that Kobus built so much of it for you. How special! He is really talented--can he come to my house and make a scraproom for me? ;)

The shelves right there by your workspace are so efficient. And I LOVE the orange sorting trays.

Your collection of crosses is beautiful. Not only is it a workspace for you, but a retreat from everyday cares.

  40. OH MY WORD, I don't even scrap and I love this room. It's the organising freak in me :)

It is beautiful - I would never come out either (except to cook).

Your husband is a very clever man and you have a lot of stuff :)

I've been eyeing a daybed like that for my study/ guest bedroom just so I can have more space in the room (we have a double bed at the moment) and I seriously think I need to just do it now - I know I would read more during the day if I had one....
