Swirlydoos "Passion" sketch challenge

This is the sketch by Beggahuna for the Swirlydoos Passion kit.

The colours of this kit was ideal to scrap the photos of the wedding we attended in February in Fish Hoek. Gerrit married his love Cherie. Gerrit has been friends with my son Wynand since primary school. When his mom moved to Canada years ago, Gerrit stayed with us for nearly a year to complete his schooling...so it was the same as seeing another of my kids getting married...very special.

My scanner always chops off an edge of my layout...but you get the idea.

  1. Wow Lynette, your layout with this months kit is gorgeous!! You rocked the sketch!!

My little table is an antique as well. Bought it at an 'Estate Auction' over 20 yrs ago. It's dark color no longer serves it's purpose in my house, so rather than toss is, I'll reclaim it!

    Have a great weekend!

  11. Hi Lynette. Thanks for stopping by my blog and your kind comment! Wow - you are a very talented scrapper! I scrapped my 1st sons entire first 2 years... and then the avalanche that is/was my daughter arrived and the scrapping ground to a halt! I was just about to dust off my scrapping stuff when madame was 7 months old... only to discover that bambino no.3 was on the way!!! Spin forward 2 years, add in an intercontinental move, and here I am about to start scrapping again!!! With LOTS of catching up to do! I have a pile of photos taller than me! I LOVE photos!!
SO _ expect me to come a knocking for some scrapping tips!
